Spiritual Companioning (Direction)
Sessions are scheduled on a monthly basis and typically run for approximately an hour. They can be conducted either virtually on Zoom or in person, based on the preference of the participant.
During sessions, a moment of silence marks the beginning, allowing both individuals to center themselves and invite the presence of the spirit into their midst. Following this serene start, the person in direction shares the various callings that have arisen since the previous gathering.
Tarot
Tarot can be a powerful tool for helping us explore aspects of ourselves that require attention. My approach for using Tarot focuses on personal growth and self-awareness. By asking, "What is for my greater good?" we open ourselves to new perspectives and insights, allowing us to see beyond our current viewpoint.
Tarot serves as a mirror reflecting our inner thoughts, emotions, and potential. Each card holds symbolic meanings that can resonate with our subconscious, prompting us to consider aspects of our lives we may have overlooked or ignored. This practice encourages introspection and can lead to a deeper understanding of ourselves.
In essence, using Tarot as a tool for self-reflection, it can help us look from a different vantage point than where we are presently. It allows us to step back and see the bigger picture, providing clarity and direction in our journey toward personal growth and well-being. The key is to approach them with an open mind and a willingness to discover what lies within.
How does Altar affect my life?
Altar is an important element for many individuals seeking their journey. When we create an altar, we are essentially setting up a physical manifestation of our intentions, desires, and connections to the spiritual realm. It serves as a focal point for our thoughts and energies, a place where we can center ourselves and tap into our inner guidance.
Holding space goes hand in hand with creating an altar. It involves creating a safe and sacred environment where we can explore our emotions, thoughts, and experiences without judgment. This space allows us to process and reflect on our journey, providing the support and comfort needed to navigate the ups and downs of life.
In essence, altar and holding space serve as anchors as we embark on our individual journey. They remind us to stay grounded, present, and mindful as we navigate our own twists and turns. By honoring these elements, we can create a space that nurtures our spirit and supports us.
When embarking on a journey, finding elements that hold personal significance can serve as powerful reminders of our identity, beliefs, and passions. Small tokens that represent our unique journey can offer comfort and strength along the way. Religious icons symbolize faith, hope, and guidance, providing a sense of connection to something greater than ourselves. Natural elements such as stones, feathers, or shells can ground us in the present moment and remind us of our interconnectedness with the world around us. Small gifts exchanged with loved ones carry the essence of connection and love, serving as beacons of warmth and support during moments of doubt or challenge. In collecting these elements that hold personal significance, we create a tangible map of our journey, reflecting the twists and turns, the peaks and valleys, and the moments of joy and growth that define our lives.
