What is Spiritual Companioning?

Sometimes we reach a point in our spiritual journey where we long for a companion, who is also on the path and can help discern our wonderings. That’s what a Spiritual Director does—a listening ear and a reflective voice to help us discern the wisdom of the divine within ourselves. The role of a spiritual director is to walk alongside you without judgment, gently guiding you toward self-discovery and understanding of where your path may lead. In a world where we often feel adrift, having someone to support us in finding our way can be a profound gift.
