Monroe Harrison Moore

I was born in Greenwich CT, but quickly moved to Kingsport TN at 3 months, then to the Outer Banks of NC in High School. I attended App State to get a degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Modern Dance.

I have lived in Asheville, North Carolina for the past 35-plus years. I worked for small businesses in hospitality before starting my own business Homewood in 2001.

I have 3 kids who all still live in Asheville.

I graduated from Haden Institute for Spiritual Direction in April of 2024. My faith background is Episcopalian and has become diverse over the past few years.

My husband and I currently live in Waynesville NC, and NYC.
